aBOUT

Luna is Sailor Moon's guardian cat that trains her and the other senshi to fight the evils that come about here on Earth. At first Tsukino Usagi (Serena) does not take her role seriously as Sailor Moon and prefers to goof off and sleep rather than fight. Eventually, their relationship blossoms to more than just a mentor and a student; it becomes that of loyalty and friendship. Throughout the series Usagi becomes more confident and with Luna's guidance, becomes a great fighter and a courageous leader.

Even though Usagi may give Luna a hard time and even fight with her, there have been times where she would do anything to protect Luna, and even granted her a wish to become Princess Kaguya in the S Movie. The two have developed a special bond together, a bond that can only be described by one word: loyalty.
